1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that you accept these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these Terms.

2. Products and Pricing

ProStereo offers a range of premium audio equipment including loudspeakers, bookshelf and floor-standing speakers, headphones (over-ear, on-ear, and in-ear monitors), amplifiers (solid-state, tube, and hybrid), studio monitors, digital-to-analogue converters, turntables, and related accessories. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and images on our website are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in colour or finish may occur between on-screen representations and physical products due to display settings and manufacturing tolerances.

All prices displayed on the website are in the currency indicated at the time of browsing and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Availability of products is subject to stock levels. For high-demand items, limited-edition releases, and demo or display units, availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Demo units are sold as clearly marked, may show minor cosmetic signs of use, and are covered by the same warranty as new products unless otherwise specified on the product listing.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failure of payment authorisation.

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods displayed during checkout. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. Full payment is required at the time of order unless a financing or instalment plan is explicitly offered and agreed upon. For custom-built audio equipment, including bespoke speaker configurations or specially wound amplifier transformers, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of order, with the remaining balance due before dispatch.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the regions listed on our shipping information page. Standard and expedited shipping options are available and vary by destination and product dimensions. Large items such as floor-standing speakers and power amplifiers may require freight or specialist courier delivery. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your confirmation email but are not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier performance and factors outside our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. We recommend inspecting all packages upon receipt and reporting any visible damage to the carrier immediately. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and the affected product so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product photographs, audio samples, video demonstrations, software, and design elements, is the property of ProStereo Audio Systems Ltd. or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent. Product names and brand names referenced on our site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ProStereo Audio Systems Ltd., its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website, your purchase of products, or any inability to use the website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
